Description
Lead the development of our proprietary LTV-CPM Sync Engine, an AI-driven system that dynamically adjusts ad density and bidding strategies in real-time. This role directly impacts the 40%+ CPM lift observed across 700+ game titles, ensuring our partners achieve ROAS above 2.8X while maintaining 90%+ player retention.
Responsibilities
Architect real-time bidding (RTB) algorithms processing 1.2M bids/sec across 30+ DSPs (TikTok/AdMob/IronSource)
Design fatigue-control systems using player engagement heatmaps, enforcing ≤4 ads/hour session caps with 98% accuracy
Optimize ML models trained on 2.1B daily data points including playtime, IAP triggers, and ad completion patterns
Collaborate with Unity/Unreal SDK teams to implement adaptive ad containers for iOS/Android/OTT platforms
Requirements
5+ years in ad tech with expertise in Python/Go and Apache Kafka
Deep understanding of OpenRTB 2.6 specs and VAST 4.2 standards
Proven track record of boosting eCPM by 30%+ in live games (provide case studies)
Certifications: Google Ad Tech Certified, IAB Digital Media Sales
